Locking in all the details and the full roadmap will help us ensure everything flows smoothly and efficiently as we move forward.

Once we’re clear on your vision, we'll map out the strategy that’ll guide us to the finish line. In this phase, we’ll fine-tune the details, set clear objectives, and make sure every decision supports your overall goals.

Phase 2
Your feedback helps us fine-tune things and keep the momentum going in the right direction. So, don’t hold back—this is your space to share any thoughts—big or small!
We believe open communication is key to a great end result, so this is your chance to let us know what’s working, what could use a tweak, and if you need more support.
We like to pause here for a quick check-in to see how things are going for you and if there’s anything we can do to support you even better.
Temperature check-in
We'll have plenty of time to go back and forth during this phase, collaborating and revising to make sure everything is perfect.

This is where the magic happens! We’ll be bringing everything to life, keeping you updated as we go. You’ll have time to review and request tweaks before we finalize.
Creation & refinement

You'll stay in our Slack for three months post-project, so you can ask us questions as they pop up.
To make sure you can keep the magic going on your own, we'll provide recorded trainings.
We'll meet for one final time to review the project, celebrate our successes, and discuss next steps.
