What should I prepare before we start?

We primarily communicate via [email/project management tool], but we’re always happy to schedule a call or video chat if needed. You’ll receive regular updates from us, and we’ll set clear check-in points to keep everything on track.

How do we communicate during the project?

Our process includes [two/three] rounds of revisions to make sure everything meets your vision. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional fee.

How many revisions are included?

The timeline can vary depending on the project, but most of our projects take between [X] and [Y] weeks from start to finish. We’ll provide a timeline during onboarding, so you know what to expect and when.

How long will my project last?

Absolutely! If you decide to add on extra services mid-project, just let us know. We’ll provide an updated estimate and timeline to include the additional work.

Can I request add-ons later in the process?

You’ll receive all final deliverables digitally via [Dropbox/Google Drive], or through a method that works best for you. Files will be organized and ready to go, whether it’s high-res images, a finished website, or finalized reports.

How will I receive my final deliverables? 

We understand that things can change! If you need to adjust the timeline, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but keep in mind that rescheduling may impact the project’s completion date.

What happens if for some reason I need to adjust the timeline?

If you need changes after the project is completed, we can definitely help with that! Post-project changes are billed at our hourly rate or as part of a maintenance package, depending on the scope.
